With over 20 years of solid experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), I’ve worked across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East on a wide range of large-scale and high-risk projects. My career began in engineering design and evolved into leading HSE departments for multinational companies, managing multi-billion-dollar safety programs for complex developments such as NEOM, The Red Sea, and the Riyadh Metro.


From ports and power stations to highways, dams, and modern city infrastructure, I’ve been deeply involved in ensuring compliance, building safety culture, and protecting lives. My commitment is to help teams and companies build safer workplaces through practical training, leadership, and clear communication — from the job site to the boardroom.
